UWIC is seeking an Executive Officer (job-share) to work as part of a team providing a full range of administrative services on a day to day basis to the Vice-Chancellor. It is important that the individual has previous experience of working in an administrative capacity or as a PA in a large organisation and knowledge of the Higher Education environment is particularly desirable. They must have effective communication skills, excellent organisational skills and be able to plan and organise activity to meet deadlines. They will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Sharepoint would be useful. They must pay attention to detail, be able to exercise discretion and sensitivity, work under their own initiative and respond to unforeseen situations. They would be expected to develop good working relationships with colleagues in UWIC, work flexibly and contribute to the work of the team.
Salary: £22, 236 - £26,523 pa pro rata
